FENCING AND SCREENING

We are delighted to offer our CARIB range of lattice fencing.  We are UK stockists of Genova Diamond Lattice. a This is a valued new addition to the range of fencing and screening available in the UK

The panels are made from HDPE (high density polythylene) which is non toxic and recyclable.  The lattice is finished with a unique wood grain effect so the panels look like painted wood, not shiny plastic.

It has many advantages over wooden trellis:

As the lattice does not have a frame around it, it can be attached to any framework you require, i.e. for fencing, you would need posts and rails, for screening, a framework around the edge and for attaching to walls, wooden battens.  We have only seen it used with wooden framework, although of course you could use vinyl.

Diamond Lattice .  The panels are 2427mm x 1215mm (nominal 8ft x 4ft). The lattice can be used either way up which is useful if you want a high screen.  The lathe is 35mm (1⅜ inches) and the gap, 70mm (2¾ inches).  The thickness of the panels is 6ml (¼ inch).  We stock two colours - white and natural cedarwood.

 The white looks like freshly painted wood and is particularly attractive for formal gardens, town and seaside gardens. The cedar can of course be used absolutely anywhere but is particularly suitable for more informal country gardens.

This fencing has a huge range of applications:.

Straightforward fencing. Simply screw or nail to post and rails and you have a really attractive fence that gives good screening but lets in light and air. Particularly good for dividing up areas in the garden.

Screening areas such as patios, courtyards, vegetable patches, barbecue areas, swimming pools – the list is endless. Of course as it does not rot, it is perfect for climbing plants. 

DOUBLE SCREENING

If you require a denser screening, you can use two panels, slightly offset.  For a really good privacy screen, offset the two panels by 3 inches (75mm). The gaps will be approx. 18 mm (¾ inch).  For something between the two, offset the panels 45 mm (1¾ inches).  The gaps will be about 36 mm (⅝ inch)
